Here is what I hope to accomplish with this post: (1) Where this whole concept came from, (2) where it is now, (3) and where i see it going. So, I’ll start by expanding on the about us page, which is a brief summary about ISAD.
Starting in August of 2007 I started feeling a burden to help our youth group be accountable to Gods word. With that burden also came the not so shocking reality check that i wasn’t very good at devotions either. As a matter of fact, the one thing that kept popping into my head about my devotional history was, I stink at devotions, hence the domain name, iStinkatDevotions.com. To help our youth group, and eventually me, I started thinking about how I enjoy doing web development. Ideas started popping into my head (Gods inspiration) of ways I could create online accountability. With accountability, you need accountability partners, or AP/Friends as we call them here.
